"The food was super tasty—even the bread, butter, and olive oil they brought out were so good I couldn’t stop eating them. The place itself is really fancy and beautifully decorated. The only downside was the seating. We were placed at a table where I ended up kind of sitting between two sofa seats, which wasn’t very comfortable."

"My friend and I went to La Braserí to celebrate our birthday, and we’re so glad we did! The staff were incredibly accommodating and even offered us a complimentary dish. We really enjoyed the ambiance and the rooftop view. Most of all, the food and wine were absolutely satisfying."

"What a surprise! We stumbled upon this place through the Fork app (a must-download if you’re in Spain), and the entire menu was 50% off. We assumed that meant the food would be just okay, but everything turned out to be gourmet! We ordered a 500g entrecôte to share, potatoes, and baby squid as a starter. Everything was absolutely delicious and beautifully done. The steak was nothing short of wow! On top of that, the restaurant is located on the 9th floor with an amazing panoramic view of the entire city. Don’t miss it!"

"Situated on the 9th floor of the 5-star Hilton Hotel, this fusion bar-restaurant offers both indoor sofa seating and an outdoor terrace with a sophisticated, cozy ambiance. The view of downtown Madrid from the windows is stunning. The waitstaff are friendly, fluent in both English and Spanish, and consistently attentive to guests' needs. I sampled the Torreznos Montera and Tournedó de Ternera y Foie Gras, followed by a Pavlova de Maracuyá for dessert. While the dishes were generally well-executed, the sauce on the Tournedó de Ternera was a bit too intense, overpowering the natural flavor of the beef, and the Foie Gras was slightly overcooked, missing its signature melt-in-your-mouth texture. However, the dessert was exceptional—the refreshing sweet and sour notes of the Pavlova provided a perfect contrast to the heavier main courses. The meal concluded with unique and delicious homemade olive oil chocolates. Including drinks and coffee, the total cost came to about 78 EUR. This restaurant is a wonderful spot to visit when in Madrid, especially if you're staying at the Hilton. It offers a relaxed yet refined atmosphere where you can enjoy a variety of Spanish dishes. Though the prices are on the higher side, the quality of the food, the excellent service, and the stunning location make it a worthwhile experience."

"10/10 must go. This place is like a secret piece of heaven in the middle off the buzzing Gran Via road, it’s so peace and quiet you don’t even realize you’re in the middle of the busiest street in madrid. We arrived for a light lunch, without a reservation, the waitress was so professional and welcoming. We sat in the closed terrace to get a glimpse of the skyline and the temperature was spot on, warm and comfortable. We got cocktails, bread with butter, brioche with salmon, green beans salad, croquettes and a pavlova to finish with a sweet note. Everything was impeccably made, delicious and amazing. It was the best lunch we had so far in Madrid and I cannot wait to go back to this place."

"Our breakfast experience at La Braserí, the restaurant at Hotel Montera, was nothing short of exceptional. The service was impeccable, truly deserving of a 5-star rating. Even though we only dined for breakfast, it was enough to assure us that dinner here would be just as outstanding. Every aspect of our meal was perfect, from the quality of the food to the attentiveness of the staff. The eggs benedict were unforgettable, the jamón serrano was exquisitely flavorful, and the cappuccinos were the perfect start to our day. The overall dining experience was a 10/10. La Braserí sets a high standard for excellence, and we can’t wait to return for dinner on our next visit!"

"Excellent night out as a couple, the service is both discreet and present. The food surprises at every plate, with the oyster well opened and keeping the balance between being too big or too small. The bread is great, really fresh and tasty. We had steak tartare on a brioche, corvina (fish) which was superbly cooked. My favourite was the lamb, if you don't have time to have cordero/cochinillo you will get the gist right here, amazing! And to finish the desert, with a glass of champagne, just right to finish a special dinner with the most special someone, highly recommend! Also thanks to Sophia for being ever attentive and professional."
